Queens South Building, 3rd Floor Refurbishment. The project involved the alterations and refurbishment to existing second floor rooms to create a large teaching area. A prior enabling works was carried which included the removal of internal partitions and suspended ceilings, internal doors. Proposed works included the making good of finishes, construction of a raised access floor, new doors, associated mechanical and electrical installations, the supply and installation of furniture and AV installation and acoustic panels.
