This project involves the renovation of the communal and circulation areas of a city-centre apartment building. The design aims to enhance light, introduce cohesive pattern and materiality, and create welcoming shared spaces for residents. By improving functionality and visual identity, the proposal transforms transitional areas into engaging, durable, and contemporary environments that foster a stronger sense of community within the building.
