The proposal focuses on compact, high-quality accommodation that supports short- to medium-term stays for professionals. Each apartment is envisaged as a self-contained unit comprising a comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a small kitchenette for light meal preparation, and a dedicated lounge area for relaxation or informal work. The design intent is to create a functional yet refined living environment that combines the convenience of hotel services with the privacy and comfort of a private apartment.
