Penarth Art Deco Project makes progress with social distancing in COVID-19 Pandemic

An Owen Associates site visit to the Penarth Art Deco rebuild for an interim valuation.
Challenging and difficult times in the construction industry. After completely shutting the site, work has resumed after a period of planning and completing health and safety method statements to comply with the governments social distancing rules.
Wayne Moore the contractor on the new build have now implemented additional health and safety measures that are crucial in this global health crisis, this includes splitting up working teams and taking all reasonable measures to maintain the two metre physical distancing on site.
Work continues albeit at a slower and distanced pace.
