Aldi Porthcawl Handover 07.07.23

We are proud to be able to share these photos of the Aldi Porthcawl project which was handed over this morning. The project comprised a new Aldi retail store to a bespoke design sympathetic to the coastal location. The design of the roof reflecting the shape of the wave.
The Grand Opening is this Thursday 13th July 2023.
The Project Team comprised; Arc Bauen Construction Managers, BMT Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Craddys Structural Engineers, Kendall Kingscott Architects, Owen Associates Quantity Surveyors, K2 Refrigeration Consultants.
The project started at the end of August 2022 with the initial ground improvements and has taken just 46 weeks to complete.
The procurement route was Construction Management.
